I am able to open all apps. Having issues only with Bing Wall Paper. I tried both the options mentioned there - .NET framework and sfc /scannow. .NET is installed and SFC /scannow informs me that no integrity issues are found. My problem is to do with Bing Wall Paper app on Windows 11.
