WebIt's not a hindrance it's just weird. It's probably the new face target they added. As long as you have automatically face a target while casting you will rotate with the moment of that target. Sounds to me like A or D keypresses being registered, either via glitch from the client or a broken/breaking keyboard (or a faulty controller).
