WebMay 13, 2015 · I've owned a number of Jeeps, with a number of different suspension set-ups (ICON, Walker Evans, Rancho 9000, Bilstein reservoir shocks), and the Fox shocks easily beat them all. I run Fox 2.5 internal bypass shocks that give 16" of travel on the front of my UTV, and Fox 3.0 internal bypass shocks that give 18" of travel on the rear of my UTV. They are not tuned around most progressive or multi rate coils and might not perform well given that situation. If you are matching the Fox Factory Series up with a standard straight rate and firmer coil, they should be fine. Just my opinion. JP

WebNov 19, 2015 · King vs Fox vs ICON vs other... I have a 2014 FX4 with a 4inch lift and want to replace the front spacer as well as the stock coil over. I am deciding between the "big three" in the front coil over department. I do a lot of on-road highway driving but sometimes venture out onto the trail or the off road park. What do you guys think? Thanks! WebAug 9, 2024 · For the front i dont know if i should go with Icon or Fox. From what I have read there are preatty similar, except the icon 2.5 is about 1350$ and fox is about $950. I have icon in the rears so i would love to keep them all around, but if there really isnt a difference in the two brands then im not going to spend the extra miney for nothing.

Its mainly progressive vs digressive damping, but idk the difference well enough to explain it.
