WebAbstract A multifunctional carrier transport layer favoring outstanding carrier extraction, high-quality active layer formation, and a facile low-temperature process for efficient and large-scale perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are highly desirable. WebThe coprecipitation approach affords perovskite crystallization at a lower temperature, from 700°C to 900°C depending on the desired phase. Starting from an aqueous solution of the A and B cations precursors, coprecipitation in a basic medium yields an amorphous mixed A and B hydroxide ( Fig. 2.10 ).
