Increase mana reservation efficiency
WebNov 25, 2024 · I just tried socketing a Determination by itself. I have 8% mana reservation efficiency. No items/gear that would increase mana reservation. yet when I equip determination, it says it's costs 64.81% of mana. How is this possible if it's base is 50, it should be down below 50 with efficiency. Please fix. Thanks
