Maar als je er toch wat ipakitine doorheen wilt/kunt doen is dat wel beter. Soms wordt er zelfs ipakitine door dieetvoer geadviseerd. Dus gewoon een klein lepeltje per maaltijd (2x per dag) is prima. Ik neem aan dat de maaltijden ook kleiner zijn als je 4x per dag geeft.
