WebAug 4, 2015 · Don't forget that the Over 7 Day criteria has little to do with absence from work. If a person is incapacitated but nevertheless in the workplace (e.g. on light duties) then this will be an over 7 day reportable regardless of the fact that they are not 'off work'.
