Swtor why can't i see chain lightning

WebMaybe they will add support for linking multiple accounts to Steam, but it creates problems with the storefront (need an option when buying something to select the correct SWTOR account). I don't think Steam API has support for this right now, so there's no way for developers to support multiple game accounts with one Steam account.
